Responsibilities

Your start with us

With us, you will take on responsibility for your own product portfolio in the diabetes sector early on. From the outset, you will work closely with various specialist departments and international teams, learning to manage products holistically and develop them strategically. In this way, you will continuously expand your expertise in product management and develop into a central driving force in our company. In addition, you will represent us at events and promote our topics externally.

Your tasks – what awaits you with us

• Development, presentation, implementation, and optimization of target group-specific marketing concepts for defined products from the diabetes portfolio to realize the mylife Diabetes Care strategy
• Planning and ensuring the successful conception, presentation, implementation, and optimization of marketing instruments (digital and print) to realize these marketing concepts
• Ongoing market, customer, trend, and support in market and competitor observation and analysis, identification of market opportunities and product improvements
• Planning and ensuring logistical availability for the product portfolio managed
• Planning and monitoring of the assigned budget
• Contact person for all product-related inquiries, conducting product training
• Collaboration with internal, local, and global functions and interface with global product management
• Active participation in congresses, exhibitions, and trade fairs

Your Perspective

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and implement marketing strategies for products in the diabetes portfolio and manage all measures from idea to implementation. You will analyze markets and trends, work closely with internal and global teams, and be responsible for budget and product availability. You will also be the central point of contact for product-specific topics and represent the company at events.

Profile

• Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on marketing, natural sciences, or a comparable or commercial vocational training and further education in marketing.
• You already have professional experience in the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing concepts and marketing instruments, especially in the targeted implementation of all measures in the digital and print sectors.
• Experience in medical technology / pharma (e.g., industry or agency side) is desirable.
• A connection to the diabetes indication is helpful.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• English skills are necessary for our international orientation.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a results-oriented and structured way of working.
• You love taking responsibility and have very good communication skills.
