About
The Bundesgesellschaft für Endlagerung (BGE) is searching for a site for a repository for high-level radioactive waste and is building the Konrad repository for low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste. The BGE is keeping the Morsleben repository open until decommissioning and plans to retrieve radioactive waste from the Asse mine. The BGE is a federal company under the business area of the Federal Ministry for the Environment.
Your Tasks
- You are the central contact as an IT Business Partner.
- Managing software projects, including budget control, and steering external agile software development service providers are among your tasks.
- As part of your role, you will design and integrate scalable and maintainable systems that can be flexibly adapted to new product requirements.
- Together with the specialist department, you will develop and define requirements and coordinate the alignment between the specialist department, IT architecture, software development team, and external service providers.
- You will proactively advise and support in the development of requirements, solution designs, and architectural concepts, as well as in the creation and testing of prototypes, validation of functions, and ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements.
Your Experience
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience as a project manager in software development.
- You have several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Furthermore, you have practical experience with common DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Confident use of data analytics tools and knowledge of SQL complete your profile.
