Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a defined product portfolio over the entire product life cycle
• Definition of the global product strategy and roadmap for the responsible product portfolio
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate market/customer requirements and trends (participation in relevant external expert committees and conferences)
• Creation of business cases and globally coordinated specifications
• Close cooperation with the SBFs and the regions/divisions as well as R&D and Innovation Management
• Continuous monitoring of competitor activities

What you bring with you

• Completed technical degree or technical training with several years of experience in the field of motors/fans
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English in an international environment
• Willingness to travel globally and intercultural competence
