Responsibilities

• Steering, coordination, and monitoring of the process from product development to launch, as well as for product changes
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, as well as project documents, minutes, and reports
• Ensuring effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management
• Contribution to product strategy and product roadmap based on market and competitor analyses (trends, potentials, USP)
• Monitoring the product performance of new and existing products and supporting the planning and implementation of strategies and campaigns to increase revenue
• Support in content creation & maintenance of texts/documents (audiovisual media also desirable), including with the help of AI tools

Requirements

• Structured, proactive, and reliable way of working with foresight, as well as experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good communication and project management skills
• Ability to recognize interrelationships and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Confident demeanor and organizational strength
• Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in marketing, health, nutritional, or natural sciences
• Experience in project management, ideally also in product management or product-related functions with multiple stakeholders
• Industry knowledge in dietary supplements (NEM), pharma, or food is desirable
• Ideally, experience with AI tools
• High self-motivation to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic environment and to see challenges as growth opportunities
• Very good German language skills (C2 / native level), very good English language skills
