What is the Job?

• Launch 0→1 in new domains by leading discovery, early business development, prototyping, and launch of products in new areas, expanding AI certification to new environmental products such as green cement and beyond.
• Build working demos and clickable prototypes using AI to present to real customers without waiting for engineering.
• Find what's valuable by pairing with the commercial team to prototype with and sell to design partners, validate willingness-to-pay, and productionise the winners.
• Help build out Certify, the AI-certification platform, and the foundation for new products.

Things We're Looking For

• High agency with ability to independently figure out new areas and drive them forward despite high ambiguity.
• Strong bias to action: default to shipping, deciding, and moving rather than waiting for clarity.
• AI-native: ship working products, not just specs; comfortable using AI to build demos and prototypes.
• Commercial instinct and customer-led approach: spot where to play, frame sharp value propositions, partner with commercial team, obsess over deep discovery, validate real demand before scaling investment.
