Responsibilities

• You support the Product Owner Retail in integrating our mobile banking services into retail processes (E-Com & POS).
• You transform complex business requirements into precise user stories and manage the backlog and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• You conceptualize the details of app onboarding for our financing solutions and define a simple user journey together with our UX/CX experts.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. KYC) and internal policies.
• You define acceptance criteria, accompany the implementation, and conduct functional acceptances and tests.
• You monitor processes in live operation and are a competent contact person for inquiries.

Qualifications

• A degree in business administration, IT, or a technical field, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in a comparable role (e.g., product management at a bank, consulting, or in FinTech – each with a focus on mobile app development).
• High affinity for trends and developments in payments, BNPL, digital banking, retail (PoS & eCom), and credit cards.
• Technical understanding for the development of mobile apps and web applications.
• Experience in agile development methods (SCRUM).
• A strong solution and action orientation.
• Customer needs in focus and good business understanding.
• Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good language skills in German and English.
