Product Manager – Master Data Management (MDM)

Job Summary

The Product Manager – Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for defining the strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise master data capabilities. This role ensures the organization delivers trusted, governed, and scalable master data products that support operational efficiency, analytics, regulatory compliance, and digital initiatives. The Product Manager partners closely with business leaders, data governance, architecture, and engineering teams to drive adoption and measurable business value from MDM investments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product, or Platform Product roles, with significant focus on Master Data Management.
• Strong hands-on understanding of MDM concepts: golden record, data governance, data quality, hierarchy management, stewardship, and reference data.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architectures, data integration patterns, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to define strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional execution.
