Product Operations Manager

About

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager at GLS/NXT to help shape and evolve our OOH parcel locker platform across our international GLS markets and partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support the product team in driving platform development - contributing to roadmap planning, translating stakeholder feedback into actionable product decisions, and keeping internal product operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with support teams ensuring complex problems are resolved and recurring themes feed back into the product roadmap. Support the Product Manager and broader product team with software delivery, including contributing to team rituals and processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in product management, integration, implementation or technical project management in B2B
• First experience working with agile processes and software delivery, such as sprint planning, backlog management, or product rituals
• A low-ego, hands-on mentality with a strong bias for getting things done
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid working permit for Germany
• German language skills are welcome but not required
• Comfort working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools
