Role and Missions

Being a Payment Product Manager F/H at Oney, why is it better? More than a job... a mission for you!

You will join our Payments team within the Digital Innovation and Tech Department, where you will play a key role in the smooth running of Oney card monetary processing with our partners. As a Payment Product Manager, you will be responsible for the applications dedicated to payment card issuance and the Oney customer transfer and direct debit platform. Here are your missions:

• You will develop and drive the product vision for your scope.
• You will consider business needs and user expectations in an iterative (agile) approach.
• You will specify evolutions and their functionalities and ensure their proper development with the Tech teams.
• You will ensure that priorities are respected at each iteration (sprint) with regard to business value, and that the quality of deliverables is adequate.
• You will support our Key Accounts and Business Developers in the commercialization of our payment products.
• You will analyze the market and the competitive landscape, and provide an informed vision of the payments ecosystem to contribute to the construction of Oney's Payment strategy.

Profile and Required Skills

What we will like most about you is you! So obviously we will prefer you to be curious and creative, with good interpersonal skills, challenging and proactive, all with great rigor!

In your baggage, we would like to find good knowledge of the European payment ecosystem and at least 3 years of experience in the role.

Your project management and transversal management skills will be a real asset. Ideally, you speak fluent English and have an excellent ability to simplify very technical subjects and communicate them.
