Required Qualifications

• Insurance experience is required; pet insurance experience is a plus
• Strong analytical ability and sound business judgment
• Product mindset focused on improvements and growth opportunities
• Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel
• Experience in data analysis and familiarity with insurance product performance
