About

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the growth and performance of our pharmaceutical product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, market positioning, and sales support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to drive market growth and profitability
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to growth and optimization
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Train sales teams on product knowledge and positioning
• Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or related field with 3–5 years experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of managing and growing product portfolios
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Salary

N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
