Product Manager – Power & Gas Trading Software Paris | Hybrid | €80k + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a leading global energy trading software business looking to hire a Product Manager to help drive their European short-term trading product suite.

You will be responsible for helping define and execute the product roadmap for short-term power and gas trading solutions, with a particular focus on intraday trading, balancing workflows, and market communication processes.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, developers, commercial teams, and customers to ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with market and regulatory change.

What They’re Looking For • 5–10 years’ experience in ETRM, energy trading software, product management, or business analysis • Strong understanding of European short-term power & gas markets • Experience with intraday trading, balancing, and trading operations • Background working with ETRM or energy trading platforms (Orchestrate experience highly relevant) • Ability to work closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams • English and French language skills required
