GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

  • Support development and execution of product strategy and lifecycle plans for assigned products or sub‑segments under guidance from Senior Product Manager
  • Contribute to delivery of product financial and operational targets for assigned sub-set of the portfolio

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Own the end-to-end management of assigned products, supporting growth and expansion plans and contributing to the achievement of financial targets (e.g., EBITDA)
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing, Portfolio, Supply, Innovation, Regulatory, PMO, and Finance to ensure key milestones & project objectives are delivered on time.
  • Drive cross-functional project execution by defining scope, deliverables and business case while incorporating stakeholder needs and market insights.
  • Serve as product owner for selected products, supporting decision-making throughout development and lifecycle management, including market analysis, business cases, customer / product requirements, positioning, S&OP, pricing input and D&A targets.
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to identify trends, validate assumptions, and develop insights on future business opportunities within the assigned product area.
  • Build & maintain relationships with customers, industry stakeholders & trade associations, supporting engagement activities and participating in customer events & product trainings.
  • Track competitive activity and market developments and recommend actions to strengthen product strategic responses.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous product improvement, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and customers feedback trends.
  • Work with Marketing Activation team (Campaign Managers and Launch Managers) to support successful products launches and ensure alignment on go-to-market plans
  • Develop strong expertise in the assigned product area, including market positioning and technical capabilities.
  • Contribute to portfolio performance tracking, supporting target setting, performance reviews, and recommendations for resource optimization within the assigned scope.
  • Leverage internal governance processes to align stakeholders and support the preparation of materials required for project approvals and funding.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • Academic degree in, e.g., business, science or agriculture
  • 3+ years' experience in product and portfolio management, marketing, business development, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product strategies and deliver against defined KPIs
  • Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure product success and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral, written, and network communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to ensure positive relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate insights into recommendations
