About the Role
Product Integrity & Social Compliance Analyst to support product testing and regulatory compliance across global merchandise. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure all products meet safety, quality, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with CPSC, FTC, Cal Prop 65, and global regulations
- Oversee product testing, including safety and performance standards
- Partner with third-party labs to meet testing requirements and timelines
- Support vendor onboarding and address testing/compliance issues
- Track vendor performance and recurring quality issues
- Create reports to support sourcing and quality improvements
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Production, Design, and Legal teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Integrity, Compliance, or QA experience
- Background in apparel, consumer products, or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of CPSIA, REACH, Cal Prop 65
- Experience with product testing labs a plus
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
