Job Title: Product Manager (Associate – Senior Associate Level)

The Product Manager will lead the development, piloting, and scale-up of alternative pathways to home ownership beyond traditional payment plans, to broaden access, improve conversion outcomes, and support the company’s broader off-take strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive weekly execution across sales, onboarding, customer support,

• and payment performance.

• Identify what is slowing results or causing customer drop-off, and fix it fast.

• Set clear weekly priorities and ensure strong reporting to management.

• Define the target segments and the best channels to reach them.

• Work with Marketing to run campaigns and improve lead quality.

• Build a disciplined lead process: capture, qualify, follow-up, move-in, and conversion to ownership.

• Track conversion results by channel and improve what is underperforming.

• Ensure customers receive clear communication, fast support, and consistent service.

• Reduce repeated complaints by addressing root causes, not just symptoms.

• Drive retention through proactive customer success (especially during the first 90 days of occupancy).

• Improve payment compliance by putting clear tracking and follow-up in place.

• Monitor late payments and overdue accounts and drive structured actions to recover payments and keep customers on plan.

• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.

• Negotiate practical partner terms and service standards that reduce drop-off and speed up conversion.

• Set clear service standards for homes and ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

• Work with Facility Management to improve living experience, reduce churn, and protect the brand trust.

• Review facility management performance and cost drivers regularly.

• Manage the budget and drive cost control.

• Support periodic review of pricing/rental levels to keep the scheme commercially viable.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in any Business-related or Social Science discipline.

• Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.

• At least 7 years’ experience in business development, service sales and marketing. Experience gained in real estate marketing and business development, selling financial products or project management would be an advantage.
