Responsibilities

• Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth interviews with customers (corporate buyers, traders) in the solar and wind power sector to understand their pain points.
• AI-Native Prototyping: Utilize Claude Code (or comparable AI agents) to build functional, high-fidelity prototypes directly in code – you create the functional reality yourself.
• Validation & Iteration: Present your code prototypes via screen sharing and immediately implement customer feedback using AI to provide the next iteration step.
• High-Efficiency Handoff: Deliver functional code that our development team can adopt with 90% efficiency, eliminating slow design loops and accelerating market entry.
• Strategy: Take ownership of your features as a "mini-CEO" from the initial idea to technical validation.

Qualifications

• The "Maker" Spirit: You have prior experience as a PM or PO and love to build things. You are proficient in prompt engineering and understand the basic structure of web frontends (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Analytical Powerhouse: You possess extremely quick comprehension and a sharp mind. You love to dive deep into complex regulatory or technical topics and simplify them.
• Industry Focus: Ideally, you have experience in the energy market (solar/wind, PPA, trading). If not: You have proven experience in other highly complex markets (e.g., FinTech, MedTech, or logistics) demonstrating your ability to penetrate new industries in record time.
• Languages: Native-level German (mandatory for communication with German customers) and fluent English.
