We're growing fast in a booming market, and we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team.
Role overview
As a PM, you are the connective tissue between user needs and technical execution. You work within a cross-functional environment and own your initiatives end-to-end — from scoping to production. You'll collaborate daily with Designers, Engineers but also with the rest of the organization (CSMs, AMs, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting), translating complexity into clarity for every audience.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities:
- Write clear, actionable specifications for the engineering team
- Create user flows and diagrams to frame user journeys
- Write designer briefs and collaborate closely with designers
- Build impact maps and story maps to structure initiatives
- Break down features into deliverable stories and prioritize the backlog
- Think systemically about each feature's impact on the overall product
- Test features in pre-production and uphold delivery quality
- Present regular progress reports on ongoing initiatives
You'll also regularly:
- Analyze data to inform product decisions
- Form hypotheses and define how to validate or invalidate them
- Communicate feature updates internally and externally (team, management, clients)
- Facilitate design workshops and Agile rituals
- Conduct user interviews to deepen your understanding of customer needs
Who you are
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in product structuring tools: user flows, story mapping, impact mapping
- Ability to write precise specs and actionable designer briefs
- Strong UX sensibility and systemic product thinking
- Excellent collaboration skills: equally at ease with Engineering, Design, CSM, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting team
- Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in high-standards environments
Bonus:
- Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Interest in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment with complex multi-stakeholder products
- Appetite for AI and workflow automation tools
