Are You Ready for a Challenge?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and evaluating trends and emerging technologies in SAP application management services and cloud solutions.
• Contributing to the development of our managed services portfolio roadmap.
• Designing new global managed services, focusing on content, offerings, and cost structure.
• Overseeing end-to-end service offer management, including go-to-market strategies and portfolio lifecycle management.
• Supporting sales and presales teams with your expert knowledge.
• Maintaining professional product documentation in collaboration with Presales and Bid Management.
• Conducting product knowledge sessions for internal teams to ensure successful market launches.
• Preparing decision-making templates for senior/executive management.

What You Bring

• A degree in business information technology, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP Application Management Services.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP) and presales/product management.
• Experience with outcome-based AMS models and familiarity with AI-driven service offerings is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and/or German.
• A willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
• A customer-oriented mindset paired with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and team-oriented environment.
