About the Role

You will join a retail client to play a key role in the development of their external solutions.

Your daily tasks will involve steering the vision, design, and continuous improvement of complex products while ensuring operational excellence in the Discovery and Delivery phases.

You will be responsible for strategic alignment with stakeholders, transforming business problems into concrete technological opportunities within a data-rich environment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Solid knowledge in Data, Retail Media, and E-commerce.
• Mastery of generative AI concepts, agent AI, and the "vibe coding" approach.
• Strong ability in complex data analysis and managing flows/APIs.
• Leadership skills to unite multidisciplinary teams (Tech, Data, Design, Business).
• Recognized for analytical thinking, autonomy, and solution orientation.
• Perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.
