Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsengineering, Produktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Grosses Interesse an IT, Digitalisierung, Innovation und dem Schweizer KMU-Markt
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernbereitschaft und Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und kommunikative Stärke
Verantwortung
- Entwicklung der Produktstrategie auf Basis von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung von Zielen und Massnahmen
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung aller Aktivitäten zur Zielerreichung
- Identifikation von Innovationen, Marktchancen und neuen Softwarelösungen zur Erweiterung des Portfolios
- Weiterentwicklung der AXsolutions durch Leitung und aktive Mitarbeit in Fachgremien
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareherstellern, Kunden sowie Sales, Marketing und dem Team Product & Innovation
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Content zu Software- und Produktthemen

Requirements
- Education or experience in innovation management, industrial engineering, product management or a related field
- Great interest in IT, digitalization, innovation and the Swiss SME market
- Quick comprehension, willingness to learn and understanding of customer needs
- Structured, independent way of working and strong organizational talent
- Stylistically confident German skills and communication strength
Responsibilities
- Development of product strategy based on market and competitor analyses as well as derivation of goals and measures
- Planning, coordination and implementation of all activities to achieve the goal
- Identification of innovations, market opportunities and new software solutions to expand the portfolio
- Further development of AXsolutions by leading and actively participating in expert committees
- Support in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Close cooperation with software manufacturers, customers as well as sales, marketing and the Product & Innovation team
- Creation and preparation of content on software and product topics
