Product Manager specializing in brake systems for motorsport

Your role in the team

• Definition and maintenance of the product roadmap in close coordination with development, sales, and management.
• Market and competitive analysis of relevant products and technologies in the field of e-mobility / automotive.
• Responsibility for the product development budget and ensuring efficient resource planning.
• Representation of the product portfolio to customers, partners, and internally within the company.
• Management of product maintenance and quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation (technical specs, datasheets, release notes).

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of mechatronic systems.
• Knowledge in Systems Engineering.
• Proficient use of relevant tools, especially Matlab and Jama.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a sense for economically relevant contexts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently lead various stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good spoken and written English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Travel readiness of approximately 10%

Experience

• Experience in vehicle data processing and analysis.

Education

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable) with a focus on application software.
