Responsibilities
Defining Product Vision & Strategy:
- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define the long‑term product vision aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current e‑commerce platforms and recommend enhancements for better customer experience and business outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to ensure platform competitiveness.
Managing Product Development:
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for new features and customizations.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using agile methodologies for efficient feature releases.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business priorities.
Facilitating Collaboration Across Teams:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and customer support for seamless product rollouts.
- Regularly communicate product progress, roadmaps, and key decisions to stakeholders for transparency and buy‑in.
Focusing on Customer‑Centric Approach:
- Gather insights on user feedback and preferences to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Ensure product updates address customer needs, improve usability, and deliver business value.
Ensuring End‑to‑End Product Lifecycle Management:
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success.

Qualifications Required
- MBA with 6 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an e‑commerce environment.
- Certified Product Manager/Product Owner.
- Strong experience in creating online Knowledge Centre for product feature documentation.
- Hands‑on experience with PRDs, user stories, and end‑to‑end product development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities.
