Job Overview

As a Product Segment Manager, you will manage a specific product segment with full ownership of pricing, positioning, and performance. You will be responsible for developing profitable pricing strategies and identifying market or portfolio gaps to support business growth. On a daily basis, you will work with ERP systems, analyze sales and product data, and collaborate across departments to execute product and pricing initiatives.

You will create stock-clearing promotions, assess competitive trends, and ensure internal alignment with warranty, seasonal, and discount strategies. Ideal candidates will bring strategic thinking, tire industry experience, and strong analytical skills.

The primary goals for this role include increasing segment profitability, maintaining an accurate and competitive product strategy, and supporting internal teams with data-driven decisions. KPIs will include pricing effectiveness, margin improvement, product performance, and promotional impact.

Background Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a related position
• 3+ years of experience in a related analytics position
• TBR tire understanding
• Advanced experience in Excel and data analysis tools

• Base Salary: C$100,000 – C$120,000 plus bonus
