The Vertrieb Services department offers first-class services for Migros stores' customer service. In addition to post offices, Click & Collect services, and training, they manage and develop Migros Mobile and Migros Photo Service. The services offered support our customer service to provide an optimal shopping experience.

What you'll do

• Responsibility for the Migros Mobile and Migros Photo Service value-added services
• Management and further development of the product portfolio, aligned with market needs and company goals
• Responsibility for achieving financial targets, including setting necessary priorities and initiatives
• Project management and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Partner management for external telecom and photo partners
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF) or further education in Marketing or Business Administration
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in Product Management
• Knowledge of the telecom industry or a related sector
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP)
• Strong communication skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management and conducting negotiations
• Analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
• Independent, precise, and service-oriented way of working
• Motivated, committed, and responsible personality
• German (fluent)
