Product Manager Telecommunications and Unified Communication

Your role in the team

• They are responsible for evaluating and further developing impulses from the IT committees of the state administration, formulating requirement profiles for complex products, and managing their life cycles.
• In addition, you lead cross-departmental IT projects of economic significance, analyze markets and cost-effectiveness, and plan and implement complex IT infrastructures with a focus on quality assurance and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• They design innovative IT services aimed at optimizing core administrative processes and increasing user satisfaction through user-friendly applications.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• You have completed relevant academic higher education in Business Informatics or a comparable degree program, or you possess equivalent knowledge.
• You possess very good knowledge in conducting market and competitive strategies as well as cost-effectiveness analyses in the IT environment, and have a proven track record of successfully introducing an IT product or application in the telecommunications and Unified Communication (UCC) environment.
• Ability to cooperate, capacity for innovation, and holistic thinking complete your profile.

Experience

• You have extensive experience with modern data center technologies as well as applicable frameworks such as IT security and data protection.
• You have good knowledge and extensive experience in product or multiproject management in the IT environment.

Education

• They approach difficult and complex tasks analytically, systematically, and goal-oriented, and bring them to a successful completion with dedication.
