- The role would be instrumental in (1) Policy modification of Tractor and Farm Machinery to align with industry offerings (2) Driving the business (3) Support to business team in Operational issues (4) Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product

- Policy and Process: Execution - Updation of existing and formulate new policy parameters and manage processes for Tractor and Farm Machinery
- Managing Operational issues
- Analytics: Automation of business MIS

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Building capabilities within new team members, if any
