Within our client's Product & Tech organization, the company is accelerating the automation of its document verification processes in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

This is a major transformation initiative aimed at:

• Improving the quality and reliability of document processing
• Reducing manual workload and operational costs at scale
• Building a scalable, AI-based automation ecosystem
• Generating measurable business impact across multiple countries

To drive this transformation, our client is recruiting a Product Manager dedicated to this initiative.

You will work within the Automation team, in a highly transversal and multicultural environment, in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Operations teams across different countries.

Your Mission

You will own the product vision, strategy, and impact of the verification automation initiative, driving measurable business results across multiple countries.

At the intersection of Product, AI, and Engineering, you will leverage cutting-edge LLMs, advanced data science skills, and a dedicated tech team to redefine how verification is done and unlock significant efficiency gains.

You will work in close partnership with a Technical Lead and an experienced Product Owner to ensure strong alignment between product direction, technical architecture, and execution, building a scalable, reliable, and multi-country platform.

This role is designed to strengthen the product function at scale. You will focus on high-impact areas requiring seniority and ownership: product vision, cross-country coordination, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.

The Product Owner will remain focused on execution and backlog management, while you will ensure overall product direction, impact, and alignment.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for verification automation in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom
• Ensure strong alignment with company objectives and measurable business impact
• Identify high-impact opportunities through data, user feedback, and operational insights
• Define and track key KPIs (automation rate, accuracy, processing time, ROI)
• Co-own the platform vision with the Technical Lead and Product Owner, ensuring scalability and sustainability
• Drive "make or buy" decisions, balancing speed, cost, and maintainability
• Clearly communicate product strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders

Operational Responsibilities

• Drive cross-country alignment and manage complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Lead prioritization and trade-offs to maximize business impact
• Ensure fluid collaboration between Product, Tech, Data, and Operations
• Drive adoption of automation solutions and support change management
• Ensure delivery stays on track in partnership with the Product Owner, driving the right trade-offs between scope, quality, timelines, and business impact
• Foster a metrics-oriented culture within the team, optimizing KPIs

The Profile We're Looking For

Experience

• 3-6+ years in Product Management, Product Lead, or Product Owner
• Experience in automation, AI products, workflow systems, or document processing (strong plus)
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience in an international environment

Skills

• Strong product strategy and roadmap vision
• Ability to credibly engage in technical discussions without necessarily being hands-on (API design, integration patterns, platform architecture concepts)
• Experience collaborating with a Technical Lead and Product Owner in a co-ownership model
• Ability to evaluate "make or buy" decisions
• KPI and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of automation tools and AI trends
• Experience in an Agile environment (Jira, Confluence)

Languages

• Fluent English C1 (mandatory)
• French and Spanish are strong assets
