We Are in Search Of…

A Product Manager to own the next generation of multi‑sensor detection products as they evolve. Reporting to the VP of Product Management & Marketing, you will drive products from concept to launch, blending hands‑on hardware expertise with video software integration, radar/sensor fusion, and edge AI analytics.

What You’ll Do…

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership
Define vision, strategy and roadmap for your product(s); own positioning against competing radar‑camera and AI camera solutions.

  • Hardware Excellence
Specify requirements for sensors, optics, radar modules, SoCs and thermal/EMC constraints; balance performance, cost and manufacturability.

  • Sensor Fusion & Edge AI
Guide integration of radar detection, encoded video pipelines, on‑device AI classification, and fusion logic to maximize detection while minimizing nuisance alarms.

  • Lifecycle Management
Lead market research, requirements, competitive teardown, business case, and launch at key trade shows (GSX, ISC West).

  • Prioritization
Write detailed PRDs, user stories and validation plans; manage priorities and trade‑offs with R&D.

  • Customer Validation
Run field trials with integrators and end‑users at critical infrastructure sites; gather feedback and iterate hardware/firmware revisions.

  • Sales Enablement
Deliver datasheets, launch decks, battle cards and demo kits to arm Sales, Marketing, and distribution partners.

  • Performance Monitoring
Track yield, MTBF, in‑field returns, detection performance (PoD/NAR), and feature usage; feed insights into continuous improvement.

  • Experience working with integrators, distributors, and indirect sales channels.

Technical Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of imaging sensors, video pipelines, RTSP/ONVIF.
  • Understanding of radar detection principles, coverage patterns, and RF interference considerations.
  • Exposure to edge AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
  • Strong understanding of BOM cost control, DFM, compliance (FCC/CE, international RF spectrum regulations), and supply‑chain realities.

Skills & Competencies

  • PM skills: customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, prototyping, launch.
  • Clear, concise communicator able to bridge hardware, firmware, software and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable presenting at trade shows and conducting customer‑facing validation interviews.
