Product Manager – Payments Platform

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with strong Payments Platform experience to join a fast-paced digital payments team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building innovative payment products, driving scalable platform solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy and execution from 0-1
• Own the full product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production
• Define product goals, KPIs, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk & Compliance teams
• Manage product backlog, Agile delivery, production support, and release readiness
• Monitor platform performance and lead enhancement initiatives
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and seamless payment experiences for millions of users

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Product Management and/or Financial Services experience
• Strong understanding of APIs, Agile methodologies, and engineering practices
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field

Must:

• Experience in Digital Payments, Payment Processing, Wallets, or Money Movement
• FinTech or Payments Platform background highly preferred
