Choose the best place to work – within the scope of this position, it is possible to work remotely (within Germany) for up to an average of 60% of your working time, in agreement with your manager.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days a year.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for and manage the entire lifecycle of the WeScan service portfolio – including product vision, strategy, roadmap, and market launch.
  • You drive the strategic further development, growth, and global positioning of WeScan – based on customer insights, market dynamics, and clinical and economic results.
  • You lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in Customer Services, Service Engineering, R&D, IT, Marketing, Sales, and country organizations, ensuring priorities and product claims.
  • You act as the central Product Owner and primary interface for WeScan, managing stakeholders from operational teams to top management.
  • You monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to ensure differentiation and competitiveness in digital and remote service models.
  • You develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, KPIs, adoption metrics, and financial performance – and initiate corrective actions as needed.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
  • You have many years of professional experience in product management, service management, business development, or a comparable role – ideally in healthcare, digital services, or technology-oriented environments.
  • You have experience in project management.
  • Experience in consulting, data analysis, marketing, or project management is an advantage.
  • You have a good understanding of digital business models and the role of technology in scalable service offerings.
  • You have proven knowledge in identifying, developing, and scaling new business ideas.

Your Profile and Skills

  • You work in a structured and customer-centric manner, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation.
  • You demonstrate strong ownership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for initiative and results orientation.
  • You communicate clearly and convincingly in English (written and spoken) and can present complex topics understandably at all management levels.
  • You work effectively in international, cross-functional, and cross-organizational environments and have strong stakeholder management skills.
  • German or other language skills are an advantage, but not essential.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
