Responsibilities

  • Develop data-based marketing and product strategies and derive concrete sales measures for our print and digital products in Central Switzerland (Nidwaldner, Obwaldner, Zuger, Urner and Luzerner Zeitung as well as Schweiz am Wochenende).
  • Conceive and manage advertising formats and promotions for our newspapers and digital platforms.
  • Analyze market data and sales inputs and develop attractive offers for customers.
  • Monitor market trends and continuously develop our products and their marketing.
  • Support sales with presentations, quotes, and sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to cross-divisional topics.
  • Participate in the setup and further development of marketing automation processes.

Requirements

  • You have operational experience in marketing and digital B2B marketing.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally marketing automation tools.
  • You enjoy working with data and deriving concrete measures for sales.
  • You think analytically and have a good feel for B2B target groups and market needs.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and customer-orientedly and enjoy working in a team.
  • You act in a structured, independent, and proactive manner in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a commercial apprenticeship and further training in marketing or advertising.
