About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-based marketing and product strategies and derive concrete sales measures for our print and digital products in Central Switzerland (Nidwaldner, Obwaldner, Zuger, Urner and Luzerner Zeitung as well as Schweiz am Wochenende).
  • Conceive and manage advertising formats and promotions for our newspapers and digital platforms.
  • Analyze market data and sales inputs and develop attractive offers for customers.
  • Observe market trends and continuously develop our products and their marketing.
  • Support sales in presentations, quotes, and sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to cross-divisional topics.
  • Participate in the setup and further development of marketing automation processes.

Qualifications

  • Operational experience in marketing and digital B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally marketing automation tools.
  • Enjoy working with data and deriving concrete measures for sales.
  • Analytical thinking and a good feel for B2B target groups and market needs.
  • Clear, professional, and customer-oriented communication and enjoy working in a team.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive work in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial apprenticeship and further education in marketing or advertising.
