What you'll do
- You will independently manage your sub-area within the Health & Near-Food category and develop it based on market trends, analyses, and customer needs.
- You will identify growth potential in the assortment and actively support the expansion of our beauty offering.
- You will share responsibility for achieving sales and margin targets (DB).
- You will support the optimization of processes along the product lifecycle (sourcing, pricing, content) and contribute ideas for automation and efficiency improvements.
- You will conduct negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
- Together with the Category Marketing Manager, you will plan marketing measures and campaigns.
What you bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and further education in marketing, product management, purchasing, or business administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in the beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce environment.
- Interest and feel for beauty trends and customer needs.
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data.
- Initial experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage.
- Interest in digitalization and automation as well as modern tools.
- Initiative, teamwork, and a structured way of working.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office.
