About DocPlus

For DocPlus, our solution for the fast and legally compliant creation of HR documents, we are looking for a Product Manager (d/f/m/x) at the Freiburg im Breisgau location as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with our product team and the Product Owner in Barcelona. You will be responsible for the strategic further development of the product, translate customer requirements into clear perspectives, and actively drive the go-to-market – from strategy to implementation. DocPlus, a young product with great potential, is facing its next growth phase, with scalable further development being central. Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the business and translate the goals into the strategic further development of the product. This is how you actively shape the next growth phase.
• You will analyze the market, customer needs, and relevant trends, and derive clear requirements and priorities for product development from them.
• You will manage and coordinate the relevant stakeholders around the product and ensure clarity about goals, priorities, and next steps.
• You will develop and be responsible for the go-to-market perspective of the product and work closely with the involved departments on successful positioning and marketing.
• You will identify potentials for scaling the product and integrate them systematically into the strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in a digital, SaaS-related, or B2B environment.
• You have a good feel for market requirements, customer needs, and product potentials, and can derive clear priorities from them.
• You think strategically while acting pragmatically and execution-oriented.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating different stakeholders.
• You have a good understanding of go-to-market, product positioning, and growth phases of digital products.
• You can communicate complex contexts clearly and bring different perspectives together well.
• You enjoy working in an international setup and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues at different locations.
• You have very good German and English skills.
