Responsibilities

• You identify user and customer needs and derive suitable solutions together with the team.
• You shape the product vision and continuously develop the roadmap.
• You prioritize topics and coordinate implementation within the product development process.
• You work closely with UX/UI, development, and other stakeholders.
• You moderate and accompany workshops, reviews, and product demos.
• You actively bring modern product management approaches into the team.
• You ensure that product decisions consider both user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• You have at least two years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, E-Commerce Manager, or in a comparable role.
• You combine analytical thinking with creativity and a good feel for trends in e-commerce.
• You are comfortable at the interface between business, IT, web design, and marketing and can quickly structure and explain complex topics.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders, communicate clearly, openly, and appropriately for the target audience, and ensure that all parties are well-informed and involved.
• You ideally have experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, as well as with user-centered design and collaboration with UX/UI and development.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, identify challenges early on, and proactively address them to find good solutions together.
• You have a confident command of the German language (min. C1).
• And of course, you are a great team player and like our product.
