As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you are the central interface between the market, development, and brand, and you are responsible for our products from the initial concept to the finished bike on the trail.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for defined bikes or product areas throughout the entire product lifecycle – from the initial idea to the finished product on the trail
• You will analyze the market, competition, and rider needs and translate them into well-founded product decisions
• You will develop product concepts, specifications, and business cases and manage requirements in close cooperation with R&D and Design
• You will keep an eye on product performance, costs, margins, and KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures for the portfolio and products
• You will plan and coordinate product launches, work on product story, positioning, and USPs, and ensure that all relevant content is available for Marketing, Sales, and Partners
• You will maintain product-related data, forecasts, and decision-making bases
• You will work closely with R&D, Design, Marketing, Sales, and international partners and markets and actively participate in workshops, reviews, and development rounds
• You will communicate status, risks, and next steps clearly, structured, and transparently

Your Profile

• You have experience in product management, ideally in the bike, sports, or outdoor environment
• You have a good understanding of technical product development
• You think customer-orientedly, work data-based, and have a good feel for the market
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your topics
• You are a team player and communicate clearly and at eye level
• You bring initiative, drive, and a willingness to learn
• And very importantly: You have a real passion for mountain bikes
