People who carry practitioner-level GTM expertise, prototype fast, and close the loop from customer insight to production validation without waiting for someone else to move first. Dialing is one of the highest frequency workflows in outbound and a direct lever on meetings booked. Today the experience is fragmented across surfaces, reliability isn’t where it needs to be, and reps lose time to friction that compounds. This is the moment to make Apollo Dialer the fastest and most reliable way for reps to turn a target list into live conversations.

What You'll Do

• Dialer vision, strategy, and roadmap, including quarterly planning and sequencing of bets
• Core dialing workflows across Tasks, People, Sequences, and reporting
• Dialer quality bar including reliability, performance, and the instrumentation to measure it
• The end-to-end dialing experience from setup through daily execution for individual reps and managers
• Go deep with customers. Understand their workflows through direct engagement and research, at the level of someone who has lived them. Use that understanding to set strategy and own your roadmap
• Prototype fast. Use Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools to validate ideas with something tangible before committing engineering resources. Ship to learn, then ship to scale
• Write clear specs and make hard tradeoffs. Define the quality bar. Partner with design on experience and with engineering on delivery. Stay in the loop, not just in the doc
• Measure whether it worked. Work with analytics to track whether what you shipped changed behavior. Feed what you learn back into the next cycle
• Drive alignment across GTM, Support, and cross-functional partners so what ships actually lands, meaning behavior changes, feedback loops close, and adoption follows
• Make dialing feel native across Tasks, People, and Sequences with fewer steps and less cognitive load
• Improve reliability, responsiveness, and usage consistency to support high volume calling and enterprise expectations
• Introduce capabilities that redefine what great looks like, including smarter prioritization and AI assisted workflows
