Position Overview

Instinct Science is an animal health software company dedicated to empowering veterinary practices with an innovative EMR platform and essential clinical tools. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work remotely to develop and execute strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and retention while collaborating across product, sales, and customer success teams. Your work will ensure cohesive messaging and effective go-to-market strategies that ultimately improve patient care and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and product offerings to inform strategic differentiation.
  • Develop detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps.
  • Craft compelling, benefit-driven messaging that communicates product and feature value.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early-stage start-up environment, ideally in SaaS/Cloud software.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on empathizing with customers’ challenges and aligning solutions with their needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong focus on outcomes over outputs, establishing meaningful goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to tailor your approach for different audiences.

  • Experience in the veterinary field is a bonus.
