Role Description

This is a full-time on-site 5 day a week role based in Ridgefield, NJ, for a Product Marketing Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with the sales and product teams to align product positioning with market needs. The role will also involve creating sales enablement tools, tracking market trends, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years Specific experience with Product and Project management
  • Experience with Market Research and analyzing consumer trends to identify new opportunities and insights
  • Proven expertise in Go-to-Market Strategy and creating comprehensive launch plans
  • Strong experience in Sales collaboration and supporting teams with marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in Product Marketing and Product Management, including product lifecycle planning and positioning
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the food and consumer goods industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage point of sale, merchandising, shippers and on pack promotions e.g. IRCs in support of marketing and sales.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing and VP of Sales on creative and product development.
  • Support marketing team in the execution of all shows and expos by attending min. 4 per year and organizing production/creation of any sample packs (e.g. 2 slice samples, portion Products).
  • VP of Marketing and VP of Sales with annual marketing plan.
  • Keep track of budget for related responsibilities and report any changes outside of plan to the VP of Marketing, monthly.
