You will take ownership of Go-To-Market for our digital product portfolio and drive its commercial success. Acting as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success , you ensure that product value is clearly positioned, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted across markets. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — with strong impact on our digital growth, revenue contribution, and customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Shape and further develop our Go-To-Market strategies for digital products
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Drive product launches and cross-functional execution together with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
- Align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on GTM plans
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into clear narratives and actions
- Create sales enablement materials, storytelling assets, and demos
- Identify target segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Support pricing, packaging, and commercial models
- Support product adoption and growth initiatives across markets
- Analyze and optimize market performance, funnel metrics, and adoption data to optimize Go-To-Market effectiveness
- Contribute to building structures, processes, and best practices in the area of SaaS GTM from scratch
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, or B2C, B2B SaaS roles
- Experience working in a high paced environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and GTM strategies
- Ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Hands-on mindset with a drive to build and improve
- Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English is a must, German is a big plus
- Located in Austria and eligible work permit required
- Work with the team 2 days a week (minimum) in the Doka HQ office in Amstetten

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 47.587,- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
