We are looking for a talented, results-driven Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will play a central role in connecting our solution to the market, with a strong focus on vertical applications for the manufacturing industry. Your mission Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the PMM will work at the crossroads of the Growth, Sales, and Product teams. The role encompasses a wide scope, from articulating our value proposition and positioning, to defining and driving the product marketing roadmap. What you’ll be doing • Lead market and competitive research to sharpen our positioning. • Actively contribute to the roadmap and product design. • Craft product messaging that resonates with our audience and personae, turning technical capabilities into value-driven, compelling stories that motivate buyers. • Own the go-to-market strategy and create the assets and content that drive acquisition and conversion, working hand-in-hand with the Growth Marketing team to build the pipeline. • Build the sales enablement engine: pitch decks, battlecards, datasheets, two-pagers, and more. • Participate in thought leadership for Fluid Topics, including speaking opportunities (e.g., webinars, conferences, partner events) and content development. What your bring • 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing, ideally with PLM, PIM, Field Service Management solutions, or a similarly technical B2B SaaS environment. • Experience with the manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of product engineering and field service processes and ecosystems. • A master storyteller who can turn technical features and challenges into compelling narratives that drive action, adapting them to different target audiences. • Fluent or native English speaker, with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you enjoy working closely with engineering and business teams. • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
