About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in executing product strategies and ensuring readiness for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This position involves translating market insights and customer needs into engaging and clear messaging and supporting materials. You will collaborate with various teams, including Product Management, GTM, and Sales, to facilitate effective product positioning, communication of roadmaps, and launch preparedness.

What You'll Do:

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Work with fellow content marketers to establish a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand, demand, and GTM initiatives. Maintain an extensive content calendar and identify content themes that support business objectives. Transform audience insights and market trends into unique, compelling content ideas.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the production of high-quality content across various formats such as blogs, articles, ebooks, and more. Partner with internal teams and external experts to create targeted content. Ensure all content is on-brand, focused on the audience, and optimized for clarity and impact.
  • Demand & Lifecycle Content Enablement: Collaborate with Demand and Growth teams to enhance acquisition and conversion efforts through tailored content mapped to buyer journeys and personas. Support lifecycle campaigns and empower Sales and Customer teams with engaging materials that aid pipeline growth and retention.
  • Distribution, Performance & Optimization: Explore innovative ways to repackage content and leverage diverse skills, tools, and partnerships for effective content distribution. Work with Digital Marketing and SEO teams to enhance content discoverability and effectiveness.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a content strategist for various teams including Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Leadership. Guide content distribution workflows and offer feedback to peers, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

Skills You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial roles, or storytelling.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills with adaptability across formats and audiences.
  • Understanding of digital content and basic SEO knowledge.
  • Experience working collaboratively in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with content analytics and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or EdTech markets is advantageous.
  • Capable of basic design work using tools like Adobe or Canva and some experience in video editing.

The salary range for this position will vary based on factors like qualifications, experience, and geographic location, and eligible participants will have access to the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position has a bonus target amount of 5% annually.
