Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Strategic Decision Support
- Devise analytical frameworks and conduct structured analyses to facilitate informed pricing recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate value and cost drivers across the product range.
- Analyze product performance, market dynamics, and financial outcomes to highlight pricing and packaging opportunities.
- Work closely with product marketing, product management, and finance teams to empower strategic decisions for individual products and the overall platform.
Competitive Research and Positioning
- Regularly assess and analyze the competitive environment, focusing on competitors' pricing and packaging approaches.
- Formulate and execute pricing and packaging strategies that enhance Relativity's market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Articulate Relativity's competitive stance regarding pricing and value across various organizational teams to inform go‑to‑market and product strategies.
Cross‑Functional Execution and Enablement
- Collaborate with operational teams to effectively implement commercialization strategies.
- Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings.

Compensation Overview

This role offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this position is between $106,000 and $158,000. The final salary offered will reflect various factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
