Your role:
Within the Business Unit, the Solutions catalog brings together all the software that Koesio markets to its VSE/SME clients: solutions published by our partners, distributed as resellers or integrated under private label, installed and maintained by our teams. This catalog is at the heart of our value proposition and is a major growth lever for the group.
To manage and evolve these offers, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will oversee the complete lifecycle of the solutions, manage relationships with our partner publishers, and unite the Koesio teams around the commercial performance of the catalog.
Main missions
Catalog & Lifecycle Management
- Manage the lifecycle of catalog solutions: launch, ramp-up, maintenance, discontinuation, and migration
- Define pricing, commercial terms, and packaging models consistent with the BU's strategy
- Ensure the catalog's consistency, internal clarity, and relevance to market needs
- Document and maintain product repositories (sheets, terms, service levels)
Publisher & Partner Relations
- Manage relationships with publishers and suppliers: contractual follow-up, business reviews, commercial negotiations
- Identify and qualify new publisher partners likely to enrich the catalog
- Represent Koesio within the partner ecosystem and champion our requirements (quality, support, roadmap)
Internal Coordination & Deployment
- Work cross-functionally with Koesio entities and internal departments (sales, technical, administrative, marketing, support) to ensure the smooth integration of solutions into our processes
- Ensure the availability of tools, procedures, and training necessary for the operational deployment of solutions
- Serve as the point of contact for any questions related to catalog solutions
Promotion & Sales Dynamization
- Design and lead internal promotion activities: training, webinars, sales meetings, presentation sessions
- Develop targeted action plans to boost sales (campaigns, offers, partner operations)
- Collaborate with marketing teams for the production of sales materials and communication around the catalog
- Support sales teams in the field to encourage adoption and skill development
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track catalog KPIs: volumes, margins, attachment rates, performance by publisher and by entity
- Produce regular reports for management and stakeholders
- Identify deviations, analyze causes, and manage corrective action plans
Catalog Watch & Evolution
- Actively monitor the software ecosystem, market trends, and regulatory changes
- Anticipate technological disruptions and new needs of VSEs/SMEs
- Propose future catalog evolutions: new solutions, removals, repositioning
- Leverage knowledge of the Koesio ecosystem, its clients, and its partners to guide product choices
Is this your profile?
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
- 7 to 12 years of experience in product management, software portfolio management, or publisher/reseller product management
- Good command of pricing, packaging, and product lifecycle issues
- Comfortable leading training sessions, webinars, and sales meetings for diverse audiences
- Ability to track KPIs and build clear, actionable reports
- Excellent understanding of the VSE/SME ecosystem and the digitalization challenges of businesses
