Role

Due to increased activity related to strategic projects and to strengthen the Digital Procurement teams, Manpower Cabinet EXPERTS CORPORATE TOULOUSE is looking for an Indirect Procurement Product Owner (H/F) for our client.

You will join the Click n'Buy program in an international and cross-functional context (Production, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.). You will be part of a team of about 10 people, mainly based in Toulouse and Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of digitalization solutions, from development to deployment and run.
• Ensure high-value interface between business users (Procurement and other functions) and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, coordinate, and animate stakeholders in a multi-division and multi-country context.
• Propose and integrate innovative features to improve agility, performance, and harmonization of procurement processes.
• Challenge software editors and manage third-party integrators.

The Click n'Buy solution is based on Coupa, interacting with SAP for indirect procurement.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization project management, ideally within Procurement.
• Proven experience in Project Management in complex and transforming environments.
• Strong affinity for digital solutions and IT systems.
• Good knowledge of Procurement / Finance / Program / Production processes.
• SAP and/or Coupa SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to simplify, harmonize, and structure processes.
• Product Owner experience or posture.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evolve in change-resistant environments.
