Role

We are looking for a Product Owner AI (m/f/d) to be responsible for the strategy, conception, and market success of a new product with AI components.

Responsibilities

• Strategic product responsibility & market positioning: Development and continuous advancement of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI orchestration portfolio within IWS based on sound market, competitor, and customer analyses
• End-to-end product management & delivery control: Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from conception, prioritization, and backlog management to successful market launch and performance monitoring, ensuring technical and economic feasibility
• Leadership & alignment of cross-functional teams: Content leadership of an interdisciplinary team for the implementation of the product strategy and ensuring a clear understanding of vision, goals, and priorities
• Go-to-market & stakeholder management: Development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy (positioning, pricing, messaging) in close cooperation with marketing and sales, as well as preparation of decision-ready documents for management and strategy committees

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience with responsibility as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a software product, ideally with the successful development of a new business area
• Experience with software platforms, especially in the area of business integration, either in a product responsibility role or from a technical perspective
• Sound knowledge and practical understanding of the application and diversity of AI technologies
• You convince with strong conceptual and analytical skills and communicate fluently in German, at least C1 level
