We are looking for you for the Sales & Service Development department as a Product Owner Alternative Delivery Solution (m/f/d) full-time and permanent at our nationwide locations.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conceptualization and further development of innovative delivery solutions (e.g., locker systems, reusable boxes, alternative delivery models)
• Responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and implementing product requirements and features
• Managing projects throughout the entire product lifecycle – from idea to development to rollout
• Coordination and alignment with internal interfaces (especially IT, Operations, and Sales) as well as external partners
• Analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify optimization potential
• Ensuring efficient and sustainable process flows within the delivery networks
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of implemented solutions regarding quality, efficiency, and scalability

What You Bring

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project or product management, ideally in a Product Owner role
• Knowledge in the field of logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working with strong implementation skills
• High communication and coordination skills in an interdisciplinary environment
• Confident demeanor and ability to collaborate in international contexts
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• High initiative, sense of responsibility, and desire to shape things
