About the Project
Within our client's program, the Omnichannel Sales Journey project is a structuring and cross-functional initiative, involving numerous stakeholders.
Role
The Digital Delivery Product Owner is responsible for the operational delivery of their Digital scope, from validated Epics in governance to production delivery. They transform the business vision carried by the Product Manager and Epic Owners into concrete, delivered, and usable solutions, while ensuring omnichannel quality, value, and consistency.
The scope of the service consists of carrying out the following missions:
Backlog & Delivery Management
- Takes charge of the product backlog for its Digital scope.
- Declines Epics into Features, then into User Stories ready for development.
- Takes charge of the development of new features from scoping to deployment, collaborating with various contributors (including UX/UI, CRO/Digital Performance) and impacted teams.
- Collaborates with one or more business analysts from the team during the project realization phase, including writing user stories.
- Coordinates stakeholders (other teams in the Digital pole, IT, Marketing, Legal, Compliance).
- Ensures liaison between UX/UI, Business Analysis, Development, Architects, and Business departments.
- Integrates digital accessibility requirements.
- Prioritizes the backlog of its Feature Team in line with: expected business value, priorities defined by the Journey Manager / PM, delivery constraints (dependencies, capacity, risks).
- Plans delivery in Program Increment (PI) and commits to sprint objectives.
Feature Team Leadership
- Leads the agile rituals incumbent upon them.
- Continuously clarifies functional needs with the team.
- Validates deliveries (acceptance of increments) against expected value.
- Identifies, tracks, and alerts on inter-team risks and dependencies.
- Contributes to the writing and maintenance of product documentation.
Transverse and Omnichannel Coordination
- Works in close collaboration with:
- Epic Owners (macro scope and business intentions)
- Business Analysts (business rules and US)
- UX/UI (journeys and experience)
- Architects and IT teams
- Business Management and Regional Offices
Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Experience
Experience
- Experience in insurance, particularly in the auto sector, would be appreciated.
- Confirmed experience as a Product Owner, product delivery oriented.
- Significant experience with:
- Transactional digital e-Business journeys and/or business tools / commercial tools.
- Digital accessibility (training and 2 years of experience in this skill).
- Experience in agile environments / scaled agility would be a plus.
