Are you ready to lead the transformation of airport logistics? At Vanderlande, we are searching for a Product Owner OT Infrastructure to drive the development of our Airports Platform NextGen; a future-proof solution designed for XXL airport projects, but also scalable for all global airports projects. Your department

The Platform development team is a knowledgeable team of multidisciplinary product managers, development and deployment engineers for building the mechatronics and controls solutions Airports need next. We provide the total solution and transport and sort stream product development and deployment knowledge to develop, sell and deliver Airports solutions, followed by a strong focus on continuous learning and improving.

Your role

  • Lead the electrical design and execution of the Airports Platform NextGen, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready for XXL and other global projects.
  • Champion change management by actively guiding teams and internal customers through the transformation process. You will ensure that new standards, processes, and technologies are adopted smoothly and effectively, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration; from leadership kick-offs to hands-on workshops. Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and empowered to contribute to the platform's success.
  • Prepare the organization for new product introductions by coordinating training, documentation, and readiness activities with subject matter experts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by initiating and supporting improvement projects that align with our strategic goals.
  • Utilize advanced engineering tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN, and proprietary productivity solutions) to deliver predictable, high-quality project outcomes.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed education at HBO (higher vocational education) level in Electrical Engineering:
  • At least 10 years of experience in an Industrial work environment.
  • Proven leadership in technical project management.
  • Good command of the English language is required, Dutch is preferred.
  • Knowledge of power distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of hardware architectures and industrial networks.
  • Knowledge of ACAD, Revit and EPLAN.
  • Process driven team player and eager to learn.
  • Balance workload between pro-active and re-active activities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5994 to € 7200 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
