Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules including:
- Partner & Opportunity Management
- Corporate Onboarding Journeys
- Customer 360 & Portfolio Views
- Validate features through UAT to ensure quality and business alignment
- Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- CRM Implementation Experience
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, FATCA, and local compliance norms
- Familiarity with integrations involving LOS and Core Banking Systems
- Experience in Cards and Payments domain is preferred
